Subject of use

H.E.A.L. Communication GmbH & CO KG offers the opportunity for circles of medical experts and medical specialists for respiratory diseases to use the CME online module „Inhalers in Aerosol Therapy“ certified by the European Board for Accreditation in Pneumology (EBAP). With this module the user can obtain CME credit points pursuant to the provisions applicable for its occupation.

Information, advice or recommendations are of non-binding character only (§ 675 section 2 German Civil Code) which are subject to autonomous examination of the users, especially prior to the use in any kind.

Access authorization

Upon prior registration you receive personal access authorization with login for the described use of the website. You are engaged to protect the access authorization against the misuse of third parties and to ensure that it will not be used by other persons.

Your are obliged to immediately inform H.E.A.L. of your becoming aware of an infringement of the security of any information stored on this website or of unauthorized use of your access data or in case you have clues for a possible infringement.
