Recording of personal data is indispensable for approval of personal certificates. Data are recorded at first login during registration and authentication.
Personal data will not be used until you have voluntarily agreed to provide them during receipt of the eCME certificate and to the extent as those are required for the usage of our website pursuant to §§ 14 and 15 of the Teleservices Act.
Personal data will not be transferred to statutory organizations and authorities unless conveyance is compulsory under national legal provisions. We have bound our employees and contractors to confidentiality. We will not disclose data to third parties.
Right to access and correction
